Practice Schedule Aug 20th-Aug 31st

 

After meeting with the city and Lawrence Indoor Aquatic director, the following is the schedule that we will use for the first two week of practices for all AAAA groups. The first week (Aug 20-23) is for asteroids, eclipse, and elite only. We are also running our new swimmer clinic that week. All AAAA Squads start back on August 27th. The evening practices during the week of August 27th-August 31st resembles how the fall and winter practice schedule will look.This schedule is prepared by considering what is best for the swimmers. (See schedule below)

 

Asteroids will be going earlier than last year- 4:30-6PM. If this is a conflict for your family, please call Katie at 785-766-7423 and we will find something for your child that works. Patrick will be sending the full practice schedule (including weights, dryland, and morning practices for Elite) out in the next few days. That schedule will start on Tuesday September 4th. 

 

Monday August 20th- Thursday August 23th- Asteroids/ Eclipse/Elite Only

4:30-5:30- Dryland at LIAC- Wear athletic clothes, tennis shoes, and bring water

5:30-7PM- Swim at LIAC- Asteroid, Eclipse, and Elite

6-7PM- New Swimmer Clinic (Monday-Wednesday)

No Friday/Saturday Practice

 

Monday August 27th- Friday August 31st- All AAAA Squads Start Back at LIAC

4:30-6PM- Asteroids Swim

4:45-5:30PM- Eclipse/Elite Dryland

5:45-7:45PM- Eclipse/Elite Swim

6-7PM- Comets/Stars Swim

No Saturday Practice this week- Labor Day Weekend

 

Full Practice Schedule begins Tuesday September 4th

*No Practice Monday (Sept 3rd) due to Labor Day
