Club Recognition Level 1 Status Achieved

The Club Recognition program is a multi-tiered program created to recognize clubs that are successful and developing toward eligibility for the Club Excellence program. This program will identify and recognize club programs that demonstrate a commitment to improving the performance of their athletes, the services provided by the club, and several measures of organizational and business success. While participation in this program is purely optional, the program will benefit all clubs by setting standards and metrics for clubs to achieve. Recognition will be given based on criteria specific to developing quality age group based programs including communication, education, and participation activities. It will benefit all member clubs by setting standards and encouraging innovation to raise the level of USA Swimming member clubs.
