Over 100 Best Times Achieved at First Meet of the Season

Quad A had 39 athletes compete in the first meet of the season at the NLU Sprint Decathlon. We had several firsts for the team and several small successes for each athlete. Overall we had over 74% best times. There were 102 new best times. Competing at the first meet is just as important for the coaches as it is for the swimmers. We are able to see what we need to work on as coaches. The swimmers that competed at this meet did a great job of representing AAAA.
