AAAA was represented very well at the meet this past weekend. We had 35 swimmers entered in the meet with lots of new faces at a swim meet for the first time.... very cool! We took first place overall in 17 events and won both the 10-U 200 Free Relay and the 11-12 200 Free Relay. Just this week, Emma Reaney commited to swim for the University of Notre Dame. She will swim under coach Brian Barnes and will bring depth to an already strong Notre Dame Women's squad. In the words of Barnes, "Notre Dame got better today." Emma's best events include the 200 and 400 IM and the 100 and 200 Breaststroke. She is an Olympic Trial qualifier in the 100 Breaststroke currently. We are all very proud of Emma for this awesome accomplishment. If you see her, tell her great job!
