The 2010 ConocoPhillips National Championships will be held Aug. 3-7 at the William Woollett Jr. Aquatics Center in Irvine, Calif.  The event will also serve as trials for numerous events, including the 2010 Mutual of Omaha Pan Pacific Championships to be held in Irvine later in August.  Come watch the top swimmers from across the nation rip up the water under the bright California sun.  Ryan Lochte, Michael Phelps, Katie Hoff and new American talent will all be battling it out for a spot on the international stage.  The competition will once again be televised nationally by NBC. AAAA had a great weekend of swim meets.  We had six swimmers (Molly Albrecht, Rachel Buchner, Canaan Campbell, Heather Clark, Kayla Hedges, and Emma Reaney) travel to Columbia for Region VIII Sectionals.  Molly placed first in the 200 backstroke and we had many other top 16 individual and relay swims.  Our team placed 16th overall with 132 points, which is an outstanding accomplishment during our first season as a club team.  Here are some of our highlights: Day 1:       1st place- Molly Albrecht- 200 Back       ...
