The Division 1 Championship meet was quite possibly the most successful meet AAAA has ever had. I am so proud of this team and the great families on AAAA. In the Medium team division, we placed first overall. Among all teams, we placed 4th behind Tsunami (3rd), Columbia Swim Club (2nd) and The Kansas City Blazers(1st). The first team travel trip for AAAA was a complete blast! We got off to a rough start on Wednesday when we could not get our rental van, but we remained ‘optimistic’ and got to Indiana during the early morning on Thursday. The Donner Swim Club, my home swim team, hosted our athletes during the evenings and fed us after workouts.
