Join us for a informational clinic/talk with 3-time Olympic Gold Medal winner Rowdy Gaines.  The clinic is free, but athletes need to register to attend, so we have a count.  The registration is at 5 pm and the clinic runs from 5:30 to 7:30 at LIAC. Sign up under events.

The Midwest (LSC Age Group) All-Stars Meet will take place on January 15-16, 2011, in Lawrence, KS.  Athletes that wish to participate in this meet are also encouraged to submit an entry form using the online application below. We had a lot of best times this weekend, including some new Level 1 swims by Miranda Rohn, Emily Venters, Macy Frost and Eliot Eckersley.  Sensational job!  We will have a strong showing at Level 1 Championships this weekend with 17 swimmers attending the meet.  That gives us a great chance to get second swims in finals.  Let's have a great week of work in the pool leading up to the meet.
