Great job at the meets this past weekend. At Level 1s, we continued our strong swimming and had a ton of season bests. Highlights included Jarod Arroyo winning High Point and Heather Cistola earning runner-up for High Point. At Frosty Frolic, our newer swimmers had a great showing -- for some it was the first time in the water. Great job at this meet -- 31 participated. Our next opportunity is in January -- so be sure to sign up! Go AAAA

The NCAA B-cut time broke the previous mark held by former Irish great Katie Carroll, who went 2:00.09 on March 8, 2007 at the NCAA Championships. The time also qualified Reaney first in the event, over two seconds faster than her closest competitor. RESULTS

Published by The American Swimming Coaches Association 5101 NW 21 Ave., Suite 200 Fort Lauderdale FL 33309 I received two sets of “Thank you’s” from parents on one day a while ago. That’s a rare thing in the world of coaching senior swimmers. One of the “thank you’s” was about the care and concern I showed for her child and my continuing efforts to provide a good environment not just for her child, but for all the senior swimmers. Wow, that was deeply appreciated and it immediately elevated...
