Ad Astra Area Aquatics made history at DI's this weekend - establishing a milestone for our club which will now go down in the record books. For the first time, AAAA finished 3rd in overall combined points, just behind Kansas City Blazers and the Columbia Swim Club. Both of these teams had many more swimmers competing and more individual entries to work with, yet we secured 3rd place by over 200 points. The D2 results from our AAAA athletes have set the bar high for our next championship meet this upcoming weekend. The 22 athletes that competed in D2’s were positive, swam personal best times, qualified for D1's, and achieved AAA time standards.
